At Bohemian Fitness, wellness is an essential part of long-term health. Alongside strength and conditioning, we offer supportive therapies that help clients slow down, reset, and reconnect with their bodies.

Whether you are managing stress, recovering from training, navigating pregnancy or post-natal changes, or simply looking for time and space to unwind, our wellness services are designed to meet you where you are.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness sessions offer space to slow the mind, improve awareness, and reconnect with the present moment. These practices can support emotional wellbeing, stress management, and mental clarity in everyday life.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle energy-based practice that supports relaxation and balance. Sessions are calm and restorative, helping the body and mind move toward a state of ease and recovery.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy supports muscular recovery, relaxation, and overall wellbeing. It can be particularly beneficial alongside training, during periods of stress, or when the body needs focused care and attention.
