Bohemian Fitness is a small, welcoming gym in Mullingar led by Lorna, a coach with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Strength & Conditioning and specialist training in pre and post-natal coaching. We focus on smart programming, sensible progress, and accountability that fits real life.
Sessions are small group by design, so you get coaching cues, good form, and a plan that can be adapted to your level. Beginners are always welcome. If you want structure and a friendly crew to train with, you’ll feel at home here.

Bohemian Fitness was founded to provide a progressive and personalised health and wellness service for people at every stage of life. We offer a complete training experience that strengthens the mind, develops the body, and nurtures the soul.

What We Offer
Our services range from strength and conditioning, cardio, circuits, Boxfit, suspension training, and outdoor park runs, delivered through both small group and individual coaching.
For those who wish to lean into their competitive side, we provide high-level programming including Olympic Weightlifting and Strongman, while still supporting general fitness, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
